Session format: Two 30-minute sessions (60 minutes total)

What the Program Involves
Students may choose to:

Spend quiet time with the therapy dogs

Learn and practice mindfulness or breathing exercises

Teach the dogs simple tricks

Walk the dogs on school grounds

Engage in gentle conversation or reflection

Practice relaxation and grounding strategies
There is no pressure to talk or participate in a set way — students are supported to engage at their own pace.
