Calm Kids is an 8-week, school-based emotional regulation program designed to help children understand, manage, and express big emotions in a safe and supportive way. Delivered with the calming presence of certified therapy dogs, this program supports students to build lifelong emotional regulation skills through engaging, hands-on activities.
This evidence-informed program is ideal for primary schools, and special needs settings, supporting children experiencing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, autism, or difficulty coping with strong emotions.
